The suite has loaded its layout but cannot start, which almost always means scripts are switched off or blocked.

On an iPhone or iPad this happens when a downloaded file is opened in the built in file preview, which never runs scripts. To use it properly:

  1. Open it in a browser rather than the preview: save the file to Files, then open it with an app whose built in browser runs local pages, such as Documents by Readdle.
  2. Or put the file on a web address and open that in Safari, then Share and Add to Home Screen so it opens like an app.

On a computer, opening the file directly in Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox works as it is.
